Responsibilities:

• • Assisting RMs in new accounts onboarding (HNW and Corporates)

• • Performing Account Opening checks, including KYC, AML and customer Due Diligence check etc.

• • Coordinating with Front/Middle/Back office to provide prompt support service functions for customer problem resolution.

• • Liaising directly with the clients to ensure their accounts are set up with complete functionality on the trading platforms.

• • Assisting in maintaining the necessary information/documentation properly and in compliance with the rules and regulations.

• • Assisting in process review and process re-engineering to improve internal controls and work efficiencies.

• • Preparation of monthly reports, i.e. business report, marketing report.

• • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Business/Finance or equivalent

• • Knowledge of or experience in securities and private banking industry will be advantageous

• • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• • Positive, meticulous, systematic, assertive, analytical, possess strong problem-solving skills, good oral communication, written and interpersonal skills

• • Able to work under tight timelines and withstand pressure

• • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
