Due to growth over the past year and a strong demand for services, we are looking for an FX Dealer to assist in developing Monoova as a leading company in the end-to-end Global Payments space.
The primary objectives of the role include the development of new business, achievement of sales targets and the development of cross selling opportunities for Finance and Payment business.
We are looking for a FX- Dealer who will report to the Head of Front Office in the following role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and best practice FX dealing services to Moneytech clients
- Develop client relationships by visiting clients, planning your bespoke approach to the client and pitch for new business.
- Work with business development & trading teams to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Apply strategic approach to achieve product and revenue targets
- Employ consultative sales skills to achieve target outcomes
- Develop full understanding of Moneytech’s product and service offerings
- Capitalize upon cross selling opportunities
- Maintain client database records
- Work autonomously to achieve personal targets yet work collaboratively with all staff as required
- Closely monitor all the relevant market, operational & credit risks of clients
- Promote collaboration between sales and trading and help customer business in collaboration with other Moneytech Groups & Clients
- Report appropriately to senior management and resolve issues by liaising with responsible department where necessary
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or related field
- Ability to identify customer needs and where appropriate, match to company offerings
- Sound understanding of risk management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- 5 years FX sales experience
- Sales planning skills
- Market knowledge
- Time management skills
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Strategic account management experience
